About The Founder

Rachel Robertson, founder of Prologic Skincare and mother of three
has a long history in the beauty therapy industry. Beginning her career as a hands on Skin Therapist, Rachel has travelled the world gaining experience and knowledge to help her build her brand. During this time she has been awarded numerous accolades including NZ Therapist of the Year and Runner Up NZ Clinic of the Year for her business, Skin Therapy.

With a focus on continual education and a desire to create her own product line, Rachel completed her post graduate training in cosmetic chemistry. This culminated into further research into corneobiology, the science behind the Prologic Skincare range.

Rachel’s passion for the industry has been evident throughout her career, initially joining the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Association of Registered Beauty Professional’s and eventually taking up the role of Vice- President. Her expertise has been documented in industry magazines, consumer magazines and at various symposiums across
New Zealand.

Prologic has a strong connection to corneobiology and corneotherapy, and Rachel’s knowledge in this has seen her being appointed to the Education Board for the International Association of Corneotherapy. This felt like a natural progression for Rachel, who had been advocating the benefits of corneotherapy throughout her time as a Skin Therapist, whilst also developing the skills required to create Prologic Skincare.

Rachel's success boils down to hard work, strong ethics and determination. Rachel is a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to educating the industry and creating a product range that she is not only proud of, but one that has been carefully formulated to produce positive results and combat a range of skin conditions.
